ADR Drums Hazardous Materials UN 1A, 1H, and 1G | SD Pack ADR drums 1A-1H-1G

A line of ADR-approved drums for classified hazardous materials.

Drum with bung holes (non-removable top lid equipped with 2" and 3/4" openings for filling with liquids) are designed and approved for the transport of liquid products. The UN approval number includes a "1" before the first slash: 1A1/, followed by the packing group, the maximum allowable density, and the vapor pressure in kPa.

Full-opening drums (removable lid with a lever ring) are, with some exceptions, intended for solid hazardous materials. The UN approval code includes a "2" before the first slash (1A2/), followed by the packing group (X, Y, or Z), the maximum allowable gross weight, and the letter "S" for solids. Emergency drums are marked with the letter “T” and are intended to hold non-compliant, defective, or obsolete packaging.
