These products are available upon request and are most often custom-made. The product line is extensive and consists of:
- Standard big bags For transporting powders, made from woven polypropylene in various weights, with a polyethylene coating designed to meet maximum working loads (MWL) and safety factors (SF) according to your needs. Versions for pharmaceutical use are available, manufactured and packaged in a cleanroom. A wide range of filling, emptying, and handling options are available.
- Ventilated big bags: Big bags designed specifically for the wood industry. The fabric is breathable, preventing condensation and mold.
- Cubic Big Bags Reinforced with internal walls that allow them to retain a perfectly cubic shape after filling. Provides a nearly 30% increase in storage and transport efficiency. Also available in Gambo style. The optional placement of internal netting also allows for better filling.
- Conductive big bags: Certain bulk materials can generate static electricity during the filling and emptying of big bags. The possible presence of dust or flammable gases in the surrounding atmosphere can then lead to a risk of ignition or explosion. To avoid these hazards, connecting to a ground outlet is the ideal solution. The grounded Big-bag is also known as a Type C GRVS. The conductivity of this Big-bag is typically ensured by carbon fibers woven into the warp and weft. For GRVS bags suitable for food contact, silver threads replace the carbon threads. The body of the big bag can be made from circular fabric or flat fabric, with or without lamination. The conductive liners are also completely moisture-proof. Type C big bags must be grounded during filling and emptying. The conductivity of each Type C big bag produced is tested on every component of the bag.
- CORONA big bags: As alternatives to conductive big bags, Corona or Type D big bags are made from a special Crohmiq fabric that allows static electricity to dissipate without the need for grounding. These big bags are therefore safer than conductive big bags because they eliminate any risk associated with handling and grounding.
They can therefore be used to transport flammable powders handled in flammable or explosive atmospheres. Complies with the standards of IEC 61340-4-4:2005.
