Chemical Compatibility

Euromixers agitators are typically supplied as standard with parts in contact with the product made of 304/316 stainless steel; a range of plastic and rubber lining materials is available for use with corrosive or abrasive products.

Please refer to the compatibility table below for chemical resistance data for our standard range of steels and coating materials.

Assessment of Chemical Effects

A = Excellent.
B = Good, Minor effect, no significant attack.
C = Medium, moderate effect, not recommended for continuous use.
D = serious effect; not recommended for ANY use.

NOTE:
The data tabulated below is compiled from published data and is based on atmospheric pressure and an ambient temperature of 20. Variations in operating pressure or temperature may affect compatibility.
