Shipping / Returns

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after we receive your payment. The shipping method depends on the weight and destination of your order

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and transportation. They may consist of a fixed portion and a variable portion based on the price or weight of your order.

We recommend combining your purchases into a single order.

Returns

In the event that the delivered products do not meet the customer’s expectations, SD Pack may, subject to the conditions set forth below, accept the return of the products in question and issue a credit note for an amount equal to the amount originally billed for the products whose return has been accepted -(excluding packaging and shipping costs)—which will be credited to the Customer’s account. Any acceptance of a return is subject to the following conditions:

  • The Customer must submit a written request to return the delivered product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product in question. Before shipping any product, the Customer must complete a return form, which is available upon request. Please note that the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • The product must be strictly standard, excluding any product custom-made for the Customer or any product modified at the Customer’s request;
  • The Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping costs, both for the initial shipment and the return;
  • The returned product must be in perfect condition, unused, accompanied by all its accessories and documentation, and in its original, unaltered packaging;
  • SD Pack must have accepted the Customer’s request in writing and provided the Customer with a case reference number as well as instructions regarding the return procedure;
  • The product must be returned by the Customer and insured for the return shipment.

Failure to comply with the foregoing conditions will result in the outright rejection of the return, it being understood that SD Pack shall in no event bear any liability whatsoever with respect to the risks associated with the product in question, even if the product is on its premises.


In light of the product return conditions as defined above, it is expressly understood that any return of delivered products that were the subject of associated services is excluded.
