Drum Pumps and IBC Pumps - 1,000-Liter IBC Tanks:
Pumps for drums and 1,000-liter IBC tanks consist of a hydraulic system (the dip tube inside the container) and a motor. The two parts are interchangeable for greater compatibility.
Drum and IBC pumps are available in various materials and power ratings depending on chemical compatibility and desired flow rates.
There are drum and IBC pumps with turbine or radial impellers for low-viscosity fluids (max 600–800 cps) and IBC and drum pumps with an eccentric rotor for higher viscosities (up to 100,000 mPas). For even more viscous products, such as sealants, we offer drum-emptying pumps with a pressure plate. Pumps for 1,000-liter IBC tanks are also available in a horizontal version that connects to the IBC/GRV drain valve.
Special hydraulic systems also allow for combining mixing and pumping for low-viscosity fluids: IBC tank and drum mixing pumps.
