UN ADR-approved buckets
UN-approved ADR buckets are designed for the transport of hazardous materials. Most ADR plastic buckets are approved for solids. Metal ADR buckets are generally used for liquids that are hazardous to transport but are also often available with UN approval for solids.
The most effective closures for UN metal buckets designed for liquids are those with clamping collars, a system identical to that used on metal drums open top.
ADR metal buckets are available with either an uncoated steel interior or a painted interior. For UN-approved ADR buckets designed for liquids, the product’s vapor pressure must also be taken into account. If in doubt, please consult us.
