A high-pressure pump supplies fluid to a rotating nozzle attached to a stainless steel tube that is integral with the IBC cap.
The nozzle produces a powerful cleaning jet with a horizontal rotational motion while the nozzle body rotates around a vertical axis.
Rotation around both axes is driven by a gear system, ensuring thorough cleaning of the IBCs.
The kit includes
: - A 316 stainless steel multidirectional cleaning nozzle with four 3mm nozzles -
A 316 stainless steel angled cleaning lance that attaches to the IBC cap -
An IBC cap (DN150 or 225) (to be specified when ordering)
- A set of 316 stainless steel male and female Camlock couplings for quick and easy tank changes-
A 3-meter UTD DN25 hose with 316TI Spanlock 1" or 1"1/4 stainless steel couplings, depending on the pump
- A multistage pump of your choice: 60 l/min at 5 bar without an onboard variable-speed drive, or 90 l/min at 10 bar with an onboard variable-speed drive
