LC 4T Securing Net for Shipping Containers

The SD PackLC4T lashing net secures loads longitudinally in shipping containers. With its 4-metric-ton lashing capacity rating, it ensures that load securing complies with EN 12195-1 and IMDG standards.

Consisting of two 2,700-mm vertical straps forming a loop and equipped with hooks and latches, it is suitable for both DRY and High Cube containers. The two horizontal strands, each 6.20 meters long, effectively encircle the load at a 90° angle.

With a wood-on-wood friction coefficient of 0.3, this net can secure up to 11.5 metric tons of cargo (EN 12195-1 / IMDG)

The spacing between the horizontal straps is specified at the time of order, but their vertical positioning within the container is adjustable. Additional sliding horizontal straps are available upon request

: - 2 vertical straps made of 50-mm PES webbing in a 2,700-mm loop with close-fitting finger hooks and latches
- 2 horizontal straps made of 35 mm PES webbing, 6,200 mm long (2 x 3,100 mm), sewn to the vertical straps
- Horizontal straps connected via a 40mm forged lashing frame (requires a 40mm manual tensioner, not included)
