Chlorination Plant with Hypochlorite Dosing

For water utilities, ensuring a continuous supply of drinking water that complies with drinking water quality regulations is a top priority.
As part of technical risk management, emergency chlorination stations are provided to prevent contamination of drinking water resulting from technical failures or in the event of a disaster. This ensures that the water supply remains as uninterrupted as possible.
For a wide variety of systems and procedures prone to failure, Lutz-Jesco has developed a mobile emergency chlorination station to ensure the disinfectant is available while maintaining its storage stability.
To prevent contamination by microorganisms, the mobile emergency chlorination station can also be used for disinfection either when newly installed pipes or systems are being commissioned, or after long periods of downtime.

Easy
to Use: Thanks to the SAFETYCHLORMIX operating principle,
a proven MAGDOS series pump ensures precise dosing of the disinfectant into your process water; its control and adjustment are performed directly via a measurement and control system such as the TOPAX controller or using a flowmeter.

You can choose the station without the dosing pump or with one of the available pumps (Magdos LD Series with manual control 0–100% or remote control, PVC/FPM pump body). Other dosing pumps are available (analog contact, various control systems… Please contact us)

The price includes a 60-liter empty polyethylene jerrycan with compatible openings.

Typically uses liquid solutions but can also use diluted pellets via a discharge line upon request
